Recombinant Humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human CD276. This antibody is a first-in-class, humanized IgG1κ monoclonal antibody that recognizes human B7-H3, a novel member of the B7 family of immune regulators. This antibody has been Fc-engineered to further augment its tumor killing activity.
